AI with NetSuite MCP
The BYOAI tool is fine for quick questions about a record or transaction, but it lacks actual power. No record creation, no in-house searches for data, no actual AI.
Record Drafting
There are countless times where I begin filling in a record and need to step away or go look something up. NetSuite doesn't have a native drafting status for records.
Keyboard hotkeys
SuiteHUD has a lot of modules and the shortcut wheel is awesome, but we would love to access any module/feature of SuiteHUD via custom hotkeys. (Example: shift + ctrl + I = activate the transaction insight panel)
CSV Template Builder
Using NetSuite's default implementation csv templates is a pain. They either contain too many fields or are leaving out fields we need on the template.
On the Fly Report Packages
We love the report package function within SuiteHUD, but it can be cumbersome to set up even if it saves us time regularly on report packages.
Syntax Highlighting for Saved Search Formulas
NetSuite's formula building in saved searches offer little in way of helping users with syntax or any formula building.
Sticky Notes!
For enterprise team there is no synonymous way to pass messages to other users on my team. Either a field has to be created on all records or I have to email basic questions over to my colleague causing a lot of time loss.
SuiteHUD AI Tasks
Right now there isn't an easy way to save prompt strings as repeatable tasks to be reused. This is forcing our users to re-prompt every single time even if the task had been completed before.

Export Searches with HTML formulas
I'm sure my company isn't the only one who encounters this issue. When we export a saved search out of NetSuite, and that saved search has an html formula, the formatting of that column gets dropped and we see the raw formula in excel.
