The Problem

Right now there isn't an easy way to save prompt strings as repeatable tasks to be reused. This is forcing our users to re-prompt every single time even if the task had been completed before.

Proposed Solution

If SuiteHUD had a way to save conversations as tasks, that could limit prompt retries and wasting tokens over and over. The idea is that if a user uses a command like 'create payment from bill' then SuiteHUD AI already knows what to do.
