The Problem

Today the only lever admins have over their team's SuiteHUD AI usage is allocating credits to individual users. There's no way to control which model a user can access, no control over whether users can buy their own credits, and no incognito control. That leaves teams unable to manage cost, standardize which models get used, or govern how sensitive data flows through AI.

Proposed Solution

Give admins a simple AI controls panel to set policy across the team, including: credit rules (per-user limits and what happens when someone runs out ie. block, request a top-up, or draw from a shared team pool); purchase control (whether individuals can buy their own credits or all purchasing routes through an admin); model access (which model(s) each user or role is allowed to use); and incognito control (enable or disable per user or team to enforce data-handling policy). Roll these into role-based defaults so admins set policy once instead of configuring every user by hand.
