Role & Permission Validation

The Problem

It's great that SuiteHUD respects my permissions, but there's no indication that my role can't access a given tool until I actually try to use it.

Proposed Solution

SuiteHUD could add a simple setting that validates my current role on click, identifies which permissions are limiting tool usage, and returns a short report of what's missing and how it affects each tool. That report would give me enough to reach out to my admin and request the right permissions.
