SuiteHUD Privacy Policy
How SuiteHUD collects, uses, and protects your data. SuiteHUD never reads record data off your NetSuite pages and sends it to its servers. Content you author yourself — Notes and Tasks, SuiteHUD AI messages and chat history, and file attachments — is handled as described in the policy, with explicit opt-ins and per-feature controls. The only data synced silently to SuiteHUD's backend is your personal tool settings such as shortcuts, report package definitions, and preferences.
