Starting Your Free Pro Trial

Plans: All plans (trial eligibility applies)

Your first successful extension connection starts your account's free Pro trial. Signing up or opening the connect page is not enough: wait for Connected!.

You do not need a credit card to start the free trial. Paid billing is a separate choice.

Checking your trial

  1. Connect the extension.
  2. Open Subscription in your account.
  3. Find Trial. Check its status, remaining days, and end date.

Use the dates and allowance shown for your account. Offers and trial settings can change.

Choosing paid Pro

If you want to keep Pro after the trial, use Unlock Pro when available and review the checkout details. Setting up a subscription schedules billing; it does not cut short the offered trial. A subscription can show Trialing before the first charge.

If you set up the subscription before connecting the extension, connect it next and check your account's trial dates. If your account warns that billing and trial dates do not match, contact support before the trial ends.

Some subscription promotions add free months after the trial. Read the promotion details and first-charge date rather than treating the trial end as the billing start.

When the trial ends

Without another source of Pro access, your Pro features stop when the trial ends. Unused AI credits do not keep Pro active; you can use the remaining credits again when Pro access resumes.

During a trial, credit packs are available if you have a non-canceling Pro subscription scheduled to follow it. Otherwise, wait until you have eligible Pro access to buy a pack. Check AI Credits in your account for your current purchase options.

Joining an Enterprise team

Active Enterprise access pauses your remaining personal trial. Your account shows the paused status. Remaining days resume if you leave the team.

Tip: Check Subscription and Trial together. A trial, a paid subscription, and team-provided access are not the same thing.
