Inviting Others and Joining a Team

A referral introduces someone to SuiteHUD. A team invitation gives someone a place in an Enterprise team. One does not do the other.
Referring someone
When the referral program is available, open Subscription in your account and find Refer a colleague.
To send a referral:
- Under Invite by email, enter the person's email address.
- Click Send invite.
- Follow their progress in your tracker.
You can also use Copy under Or share your personal link and send the link yourself.
Rewards depend on the referred person becoming a paying customer, not just signing up or using a free trial. Read the rewards and limits shown in your account. Inviting someone into your own team does not earn a referral reward.
Joining an Enterprise team
Ask your team admin to add the email address you use for SuiteHUD. If you do not have an account yet, create one with that address, then sign in and connect your extension.
Check your account for Enterprise access. It depends on the team's active access, not simply receiving an email. You cannot belong to two teams at once; ask the admins to resolve membership if you are already on another team.
Open Team Policy in your account to see your assigned NetSuite connections and AI settings. Each person still connects SuiteHUD AI to NetSuite with their own NetSuite sign-in.
Team admins add members through Team, then People & Credits, using Add Member. See Setting Up Members and Connections.
Tip: Check which email your admin added before making another account. A referral link or consultant gift code does not add you to a team.
