Creating Your Account and Connecting SuiteHUD

Your SuiteHUD account links your extension to your access, trial, and credits. Use the same account when connecting another browser.

Creating your account

  1. Open Create an account, or choose Sign In on the website and follow the option to sign up.
  2. Complete the sign-up steps shown.
  3. If Complete your profile appears, enter First name and Last name, then click Continue to SuiteHUD.

If a team admin added you, sign up with the email address they used. See Inviting Others and Joining a Team.

Connecting the extension

To link SuiteHUD to your account:

  1. Install SuiteHUD using Get the Extension on the website.
  2. Start the account connection from the extension. It opens the SuiteHUD connect page.
  3. Sign in if asked, and let the page connect your extension.
  4. Wait for Connected! before closing the tab.

If the page keeps showing Connecting your extension..., copy the displayed code and paste it into the extension. The page tells you when the code expires.

If you cannot connect

  • For Connection Error, click Retry.
  • If the page says your device slots are full, open Connected Devices in your account and remove a device you no longer use, then try again.
  • If a code expires, return to the connect flow for a fresh one.

Tip: Check Connected Devices after connecting so you know which browsers are linked to your account.
