File Preview and Page-in-Page

Both open things in a panel on the right of the screen, so you can look at them without leaving the record you're on.
- File Preview shows the files attached to a record, such as the scanned invoice on a vendor bill. It can also show a transaction as it prints.
- Page-in-Page opens any NetSuite link in the same panel, such as a transaction from a list or the customer on a sales order.
Opening them
- File Preview: On the SuiteHUD bar, click More, then File Preview (under Inspect). If you use the collapsed HUD, click the File Preview tile.
- Page-in-Page: Right-click a link and choose Open Page-in-Page. In lists, you can also click the small side-viewer icon next to a transaction.
Using the panel
- Drag the panel's left edge to make it wider or narrower.
- Open in New Tab opens what you're looking at in a full browser tab.
- Hide closes the panel.
Good to know
- Available on all plans. You don't need to sign in.
- File Preview works on saved transactions, on entity records such as customers, vendors and employees, and on custom records. On other pages it's greyed out.
- Page-in-Page works on any page in NetSuite.
- Only one side panel can be open at a time. Opening Live View, HUD Notes or Search Studio closes the preview.
