Keeping Notes

Every note has a deletion date, shown on the note itself. When that date arrives, the note is deleted for good.
Important: Deleted notes can't be recovered. Check the Expiring tab now and then.
When notes are deleted
- Open notes are deleted 90 days after the last activity on them, such as a reply or a reopen.
- Open tasks aren't deleted before they're due. The 90 days start once the due date has passed.
- Done notes are deleted 30 days after they're ticked off.
The date on a note turns amber when it's less than two weeks away.
Keeping a note longer
To keep a note:
- Find it on the Expiring tab, or anywhere else.
- Click + next to its deletion date. The date moves to 90 days from today.
Replying to a note also resets its date.
To keep a done note: tick its box to reopen it. You can then tick it done again later, which starts a new 30 days.
